Have You Been Required To Get A Chemical Health Assessment or Chemical Health Evaluation?

You may be required to undergo a Chemical Health Assessment or Chemical Health Evaluation if you have been:

    • Arrested or convicted of a DWI or DUI
    • Involved in a situation at home, work, or school where alcohol or chemical use may be an issue
    • Concerned about your own personal use of alcohol or chemical substance

The consequences of driving while impaired can be immeasurable. If you are suffering consequences from your chemical or alcohol use, and have become involved with the legal system, an assessment is warranted to diagnose the dependency and recommend the appropriate level of care to treat the addictions or issues.
The assessment will be conducted by Edward Whittaker.  He is a licensed and accredited evaluator, with over 16 years of extensive experience for individuals seeking assistance with substance abuse and dependency issues with a Master of Science in Psychology and Bachelors of Science from Redding University.
