The purpose of a chemical use assessment is to identify and evaluate your strengths, weaknesses, and problems.

• A chemical health evaluation consists of biological, social, psychological, and historical personal information.
• This information is then used to determine your personal level of drug use and/or other chemical substances.  The evaluator uses this assessment to determine recommendations.
• Chemical health assessment contains confidential information.  Client confidentiality is very important to us and the law protects your right to privacy.  No one will know you are here unless you tell them.  This information is only released to third parties after you have given your consent by signing a release of information form.

 

If you are experiencing negative consequence from your drug use such as, conflicts with family, on the job, or with the legal system, we can provide you with expert assessment and evaluation services.  The drug assessment process provides an accurate diagnosis along with recommendations for follow-up care.  These recommendations may include addiction treatment or referrals to physician and mental health practitioners, family counselors, or other professionals.
